What counts as a call?
An answered call that we return a verdict for. Calls that are never answered cost nothing, and a call that falls back to the built-in AMD() because we did not answer in time is not counted.
How does the free tier work?
The first 2,000 calls each month are free on every account. It is enough to run shadow mode on a few agents and look at the numbers.
When does volume pricing start?
Above 1 million calls in a month, every further call in that month is $0.001.
Can we pay per line instead?
Yes. Some teams prefer a fixed bill. Flat pricing is per line, per month, set with you on a call; early access lines run $10 to $15 a month.
Are these prices final?
No. These are early access prices. Final prices are set at general availability, and early access customers hear about any change before it applies.
