Privacy policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
This policy covers amdsure.com, the AMDSure client portal and console, and the AMDSure detection service. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
On this website
When you request a demo we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, role, dialer, call volume and message. We use it only to reply to you and arrange a call. We also keep a one-way hash of your network address and your browser name, to stop abuse of the form. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your own browser.
In the detection service
The AMDSure extractor runs on your own server and sends us only numbers derived from the first seconds of each answered call: timings, loudness statistics, tone flags and class scores. We never receive call audio, transcripts, phone numbers or names. For your dashboard we store one record per verdict with an opaque call reference that your side hashes before sending, the verdict, its reason and timing, and any outcome label you choose to send.
Accounts
For client portal users we store your email, a password hash, an encrypted authenticator secret, and sign in records (time, network address, browser) to keep your account safe.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the companies that host and run our service on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting
Demo requests are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Verdict records are kept for the life of a client account and deleted within 90 days after it closes. Sign in records are kept for up to one year.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send the request through the contact form and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes for clients are announced in the portal.
